1. About Fix Today

This website is operated by Fix Today Pty Ltd (ABN 68 695 770 739), holding Electrical Contractor Licence PGE 355589. References to "Fix Today", "we", "our" or "us" mean Fix Today Pty Ltd.

2. Installation Services

Fix Today Pty Ltd provides solar and battery system design, project management, and coordination services. Physical installation services are performed by licensed and SAA-accredited subcontractors, including Leyanfield Pty Co Ltd (SAA accreditation S7155423, Electrical Workers Registration PGE298545). All subcontractors hold appropriate licences and insurances as required by South Australian law.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided in writing and itemised. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is subject to a site assessment and may vary based on roof condition, switchboard upgrades, panel orientation, or other factors disclosed at quote time. Federal STC rebates are applied at point of quote where eligible.

4. Workmanship & Warranty

Fix Today provides a 10-year workmanship guarantee on installation work coordinated by us. Equipment warranties (panels, inverters, batteries) are provided by the original equipment manufacturers and are passed through to the customer. Warranty claims must be raised in writing to info@fixtoday.com.au.

5. Emergency Electrical Work

Emergency electrical work is performed under South Australian electrical safety regulations. Same-day response targets apply to Adelaide metropolitan callouts during business hours. After-hours callouts may attract additional fees, which will be disclosed before work commences.

6. Privacy

Information you provide via the website form (name, contact details, suburb, service requested) is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share your details with third parties beyond the licensed subcontractors required to complete your installation. You may request deletion of your details at any time by writing to info@fixtoday.com.au.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Australian and Australian Consumer Law, Fix Today's liability for any claim arising from services coordinated under these Terms is limited to the value of the project. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-excludable rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
